Flickr SlideShow Plugin
Check out this cool Flickr slideshow generator at FlickrSlidr
You might also want to download the wp plugin here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tylr-slidr/
because it works great if you just plan on embedding the slideshow code into a post and then never editing the post again but if you plan on going back and changing something for whatever reason the code will cause problems and in my test completely disappeared.. So the plugin allows you to insert the slideshow straight from the wp editor toolbar. Pretty cool.

Shantz WP Prefix Suffix
- For those who are new to this plugin, Shantz WP Prefix Suffix is a light-weight and easy to use plugin which allows you to add any text, HTML/CSS/PHP/Javascript code to your posts and/or pages as prefix and/or suffix. (That includes even any new or old posts and pages and even your feed)
Examples: your copyright message, advertisements (like adsense, etc), permalinks, your other site links, any other custom messages. This works very fine with ad plugins like adsense-manager etc,
Options also include the ability to enable/disable displaying the text/code on home page and excerpts. Also a small bug was fixed that displayed the code even if it was chosen not to.

SEO Siloing WordPress Plugin
The plugin’s primary purpose (so far) is to create category landing pages, which are static pages with links to all the postings in a given category. You can, however, use it to create pages with lists of posts in any category. You can even use the plugin in posts, but you’ll have to explicitly specify a category name/ID. Excerpt-Reloaded
This is probably one of the most useful plugins I use and really come with Wordpress pre-installed. I wasn’t satisfied with the fuction that the Wordpress developers provide. The problem I had with the_excerpt, is that it strips html. a great little plugin for Wordpress that allows me to format my excerpts all I like. It’s called The Excerpt Reloaded, and it let’s you set a ton of options like excerpt length, the name of your “read more” link, the allowed html in the excerpt and more. I even got it to allow my slideshow above.
Here is the code I put in my index.php page in place of the default.
