So far, Mistwalker has given us the disappointing Blue Dragon. But there’s a chance at salvation with the more traditional Lost Odyssey, the game arrived in North America on February 12. Old-school Mechanics with a Fresh Coat of Paint
Lost Odyssey has been labeled a “Final Fantasy” game since it was first conceived. For better or worse, that’s fairly accurate. Throw in some chocobos and Bahamut and you’d have a Final Fantasy game… Full Review

My boyfriend bought me Lost Odyssey tonight for Valentines day. I’ve had a deposit on it for a month. I’m so excited to play it because I’ve been waiting for a new RPG and if it is anything like Final Fantasy (my favorite games) then I’ll be one happy gamer girl. I bought the PS3 recently in hopes that they would come out with more RPG’s which is kind of ironic now that Lost Odyssey came out only on Xbox 360. I’m so sick of playing all the first person shooter games that flood the Xbox 360 game list.

Ok, I’m gonna go open it up and pop it in. I hope it’s as good as I think it’s gonna be.
